Day 1:

Morning: Start your day with a yoga or meditation class at a local studio, such as the YogaOne studio in Santa Rosa or the Radiate in Sebastopol.

Afternoon: After your yoga class, head to Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary in Freestone for a relaxing spa treatment, such as a massage or facial. Osmosis also offers a unique cedar enzyme bath, which is said to improve circulation and detoxify the body.

Evening: End your day with a farm-to-table dinner at one of the many restaurants in Sonoma County that focus on fresh, healthy ingredients. Some options include the Farmhouse Inn Restaurant in Forestville or the Backyard in Healdsburg.

Day 2:

Morning: Take a hike in one of the many parks and nature preserves in Sonoma County, such as Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve or Taylor Mountain Regional Park. Spending time in nature is a great way to reduce stress and improve overall well-being.

Afternoon: After your hike, head to the Sonoma Coast for a kayaking or paddle boarding session with Sonoma Coast Eco Tours. Being on the water is a great way to connect with nature and get some exercise.

Evening: End your day with a visit to the Francis Ford Coppola Winery in Geyserville, where you can enjoy a glass of wine. Check their website for the event calendar including tastings, music, and more!

Day 3:

Morning: Start your day with a hot air balloon ride over the vineyards of Sonoma County. Companies such as Up & Away Ballooning offer early morning balloon rides that provide stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

Afternoon: After your balloon ride, head to the Farmhouse Artisan Market in Forestville to pick up some locally-made products and ingredients for a healthy lunch.

Evening: End your trip with a soak in the geothermal pools at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in Sonoma. The mineral-rich waters are said to have healing properties and can help to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
